The location is just a short drive from the

Airport. The staff was helpful, and I particularly enjoyed the balcony view from my room. The breakfast selection could have been a bit more extensive, as it felt somewhat limited.

This was a convenient location close enough to the shore, a fantastic cafe and which is so in-Uganda.

The room seemed a bit noisy.

They offered us fully-equipped and beautifully maintained rooms with hot shower, good equipment.

This hotel. The shuttle service to the airport is quick and convenient, saving time. My Executive Room felt spacious, clean, and equipped with essential amenities like air conditioning and a tv for relaxation after a busy day. I loved having a balcony to unwind. The location is prime, just a short walk to Victoria Mall for a last-minute shopping spree. There were a few minor inconveniences. The corridor sometimes smelled unpleasant . Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready as expected, leading to an unnecessary wait. Some stained fabric on the seats could also use attention. The staff's attentiveness and the hotel's cleanliness.

Rooms were beautifully maintained and new-fashioned, everything was great! The staff was really friendly and super-friendly and gave some great recommendations. There were a safe box, multi-channel television and a refrigerator in the room, loved that. The restaurant was good, it had tasty meals.

Easy location; very supportive and extremely helpful staff. Proximity to the airport, just 10 km. The deluxe room with comfy bed and good equipment plus very pleasant walk-in shower;)))

Solo travelers, an excellent choice

The room was spacious and surprisingly clean! I was impressed when they quickly switched me to a fresh room after noticing a smell in the first one, that's the kind of service I appreciate.

I enjoyed my stay with a comfortable room featuring good air conditioning and decent water pressure. the hairdryer was a hassle. Would definitely stay again!

The restaurant had outstanding meals. the location was perfect, with a short walk to a shopping mall, a fantastic cafe, a grocery store for bottled water and fun food souvenirs, the Botanical garden, and the lake which invites for running.
